I am a huge snacker. Like, huge snacker. When I finally get the girls down for a nap I love to make a coffee, grab a snack, and sit down at the computer to catch up on blogging things. Since I have been trying to maintain a weight loss, I always try to choose healthy snacks. That is not the hard part, the hard part is portioning it out well. It is easy to pick a healthy snack, but too much of anything is unhealthy.
That is what I LOVE about nibblr. They send you pre-portioned healthy snacks – and in combinations I would have never even thought of. I love that they all have clever names – and you can rate them online! Your nibblr box will contain four different snacks and can be sent to your home or office. After you have your snack, you can log in to your account and rate it – that way nibblr knows what you like and what to send you next! These snacks come in individual packs which makes them easy to grab and go!
I received Sassy Chicks, A,B,C’s, Oh My Thai, and Tiramisu in my nibblr box. Sassy Chicks was chile lime chickpeas. I have never in my life had chickpeas before. I was skeptical, so I ate these first. I LOVED them! They were delicious! I love that nibblr has introduced me to a great snack that I will definitely be enjoying again. Next came, A, B, C’s, my favorite snack in this box. It contains apples, blueberries, and cranberries. I love fruits so this was right up my alley. I wish there was more, I devoured this serving pretty quickly – but I was satisfied after – go portion control!
Oh My Thai had thai curry cashews, raisins, and toasted coconuts. This one was OK. I love cashews and raisins, but I am not a huge fan of coconut. I tried it by itself and with the cashews and raisins and did not enjoy it. I, the end, I decided to eat around the coconut – but, I can go in to my nibblr account and comment about this so they know for the next time around! I saved what I thought would be the best for last, the tiramisu. This snack had chocolate cookies, coffee toffee brittle, shortbread cookies, and almond slivers. Don’t get me wrong, this was delicious, but my favorite is still the A, B, C’s. Something about that mix of fruit really stuck with me. It was so good!
One of the best things about nibblr is that it does not have to be a monthly box! You can choose to receive them weekly or every other week as well.
